Restart Pending

Just following this step:



1. Open Regedit
2. Find the key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager"
3. Rename the "PendingFileRenameOperations" value to "PendingFileRenameOperations2"
